ToS/rules & general information

Rosie’s commissions terms of service
- All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed on. You may not resell or use them for profit. They are NOT to be used as NFTs.
- (Personal use is stuff like: printing them out for yourself, using them as icons/using on your character page or gallery/for RP, etc.)
- I reserve the right to post the work in my portfolio/on social media/etc. If you wish for a commission to remain private there will be an extra fee added to the base price (+50%).
- I reserve the right to turn down a commission request for any reason.
Commission content rules
- Original characters are fine (or things like custom protagonists for RPGs), as long as they are yours or you have permission to request them.
- Visual references are required for OCs! I can do design work (for an additional fee) on top of an illustration request but it requires more time and communication so please contact me to discuss anything like that first.
- Fanart is fine! OC/canon pairings are also allowed!
- Explicit adult content is not currently offered, but suggestive/pin-up art is fine. Some discussion of what I can and will draw may be required first.
- Furries, mechanical, armored, and whatever other non-human characters you have are allowed, but may require an extra fee depending on the design. (+25-50% depending on level of detail)
- Whether or not I will draw a real person is determined on a case-by-case basis. If you want something like a portrait of yourself, or an OC/fanart illustration with your self insert character who’s based on you, that’s generally fine. However, I will not draw real people shipping.
Commission process
- Discussion of the work with the client. Once I have enough information and references I will begin the rough draft.
- Rough draft is sent for approval. Adjustments to the poses/characters/etc. are allowed at this stage. An invoice will be sent once the rough draft is approved and payment is expected before I continue working.
- After the sketch is approved I begin the line art. This is sent for approval and small changes are allowed (example: fixing small clothing details or expressions).
- Once the line art is approved I finish the commission (If it has detailed shading there may be an extra approval stage where I send the flats in to be approved, too). Small adjustments to colors are allowed.
- Major changes or late changes may incur an extra fee, depending on how much has to be re-worked. Please don’t be afraid to clarify what you want with things like poses or important character details at the start! It makes the process easier for both of us. :)
By commissioning me you agree to these terms!
